You can check the status of your shipment by entering your tracking number in the "Track Shipment" section on our website.
If you're not a registered customer in our system, you can contact us directly via our WhatsApp line or by filling out the contact form on our website. If you are a registered customer, you can add, manage, or track your shipments through the personalized panel created for you.
Air freight: Delivered within an average of 10 business days. Sea freight: Delivered within an average of 7 weeks. Delivery times may vary depending on customs procedures and other logistical factors. How can I make payments? You can make payments either in Turkey or Nigeria through our local bank accounts in the country of your choice.
You will receive email notifications at every stage of your shipment. We will inform you when we receive your cargo, when it departs from Turkey, when it arrives in Nigeria, and when it’s ready for delivery. If you have chosen warehouse pickup, you can collect your cargo by presenting your ID at the designated warehouse.
For commercial shipments, an invoice and bill of lading are required. For personal shipments, additional documents may be requested depending on the type of goods.
Packages must be securely sealed and well-protected. Special packaging is recommended for fragile items. Shipments that do not comply with our standard packaging guidelines may be rejected.
